Terms of Service

Chatrivox provides an AI chat widget and dashboard that lets local service businesses answer visitor questions, capture leads, and book appointments. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email. You must be authorized to connect any website you crawl and to use any logo or content you upload.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Connect a website you do not own or control, or upload content you have no right to use.
• Attempt to access another business's data, probe, or disrupt the platform.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Use the assistant to collect sensitive data (payment card numbers, government IDs, health records) from visitors.

Chatrivox offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of your business content, conversations, and leads. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The assistant generates responses from your website content and may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for the information you publish and for reviewing appointments and leads. Chatrivox is a tool, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance or suspend access to protect the platform or respond to abuse.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Chatrivox's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we delete your data per our retention practices.

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
